Mix and Master your music where the pros go!
The Hideout Recording Studio is the premier mixing/mastering studio in Las Vegas, providing top audio mixing/mastering services for local and national artists and production companies.
During the recording and mixing process, songs are typically created one at a time, which can result in tracks that peak at different levels and have different EQ’s. Our mastering service unifies your album to give it a consistent sound from track to track. Mastering is the process of preparing and transferring the final recording mix to a data storage device (the master). During a mastering session, our audio mastering engineer applies corrective equalization and dynamic compression to the final mix to achieve sound translation on all playback systems, before preparing your content for either digital or analog replication.
Mixing is the process of combining the different sonic elements of recorded music – such as vocals, instruments and effects – into a final version, and our recording studios are specifically designed to reveal the most intimate sonic details. Studio A and Studio B are equipped with an SSL console and a variety of analog and digital gear, allowing us to process multiple sound sources.
We provide many audio mixing options. We use a combination of hardware and plugins to tweak and add effects to each element of your recording, according to your preferences. Just bring your aesthetic wish list, and we’ll jelp to get it done beautifully and professionally.
For very best results, be sure to separate each instrument – such as kicks, snares, and synths – and vocals, such as lead and background vocals, into individual audio files or tracks, so that we can refine the details of each one.
Your Hideout mixes will include the final audio mix and instrumental mix. We are able to provide additional mix stems at prorated studio rates. Just let us know what you need.
